$500 room for rent in New York, Chelsea – New York

I am looking for a responsible person grador professionals preferred to sublet one bedroom in my apartment. I am leaving town and the room will available for 13 nights between May 18th and 31st. The apartment is a fully furnished duplex with a little private patio area. My roommate and his dog will be staying at the place the whole time. If the dog bothers you, he can stay outdoors during the day until my roommate gets home. The apartment is quite spacious and very conveniently located in the W30s. I prefer potential tenants who can stay take over the room for the entire time I am away, although I will consider if you can only stay a few nights less. The rate is 500 per week. I will also ask for a 500 security deposit which will refunded in its entirety once you leave the place. I am available to show the apartment anytime between 124PM this whole week. Just let me know when you would like to come to see it.
