Currently, we are seeking an Account Consultant for Temperature Management in our Patient Warming Sales Department in the Northeast area.

Summary:
The Account Consultant is the account manager and business builder for an assigned number of Hospitals in the New York and New Jersey area. This position is responsible for selling the company's products; primary responsibility includes finding, generating and developing new business and/or customers. The position is reserved for the sales professional who has the skills to sell products and product solutions and the desire to remain as an individual contributor in a field sales role.


Responsibilities:

  • Account relationship development and business development for all temperature management products
  • Responsible for contract and price negations and contract management
  • Primary contact in the acute care facilities for temperature management
  • Contributing to the development of a strategic plan for the territory and the accounts
  • Tactical implementation of the business and selling activities required to meet objectives
  • Sales positioning, analysis and implementation within the facilities
  • Utilizing all aspects of Kimberly Clark’s Performance Management Process to consistently measure progress toward objectives, deliver business results and model global leadership qualities to enhance personal effectiveness

    Region Manager

    Product Responsibility:
    Temperature Management

    Market Responsibility:
    Hospitals

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Device Field
  • Experience calling on Anesthesiologists, Surgeons and Cardiovascular Surgeons
  • Experience selling to hospitals Preferred

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Patient Warming background is Preferred
  • Advanced Degree Preferred
  • Five years of experience in Medical Device Field Preferred

    Other Qualifications:
  • Comfortable in OR setting
