inStream Media, a New York based out of home marketing company, is looking for a Ad Sales Account Executive to join its growing media division. inStream is looking for individuals with a proven track record of driving ad revenue and the ability to do so in new and exciting ways. This individual will report to the President and will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing advertising campaigns utilizing inStream's patent pending in-store advertising solution.

Responsibilities:

* Work with existing and prospective clients to determine their
business needs and formulate the appropriate advertising solution
* Responsible for hitting and maintaining a quarterly ad revenue target
* Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain an account list
* Forecasting and reporting to President on a weekly/monthly basis
* Develop and cultivate deep relationships with agencies and direct advertisers through sales calls, meetings and other communications
* Work closely with President to determine the sales strategy in order
to reach company goals
* Collaborate with Retail Project Managers on campaign implementation to insure strong results
* Create comprehensive advertising proposals and sales
presentations that address campaign objectives and showcase the company's offerings
* Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries

Requirements:

* Relationships with budget decision-makers at brands and/or
advertising agencies
* Proven track record driving advertising revenue
* Demonstrated track record of managing negotiations to
successful closure
* 1+ years experience in a sales or media/agency environment
* Strong communication skills, including presentation, phone
and e-mail
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
* Bachelor's degree preferred
