| Spanish GED volunteers teach GED Preparation to a class of around 15 adult students. The teacher commits to one 2 hour class each week for the 12 week semester. All classes are held on the Columbia University campus (116th and Broadway). Subjects include: Social Studies, Science, Math, Reading, and Writing. Strong Spanish skills are necessary, as well as an interest in teaching, and the energy, motivation, and commitment to get involved and make a positive difference in the community.
