Position Description:

This job is for someone who enjoys interactive online media and is a self-starting individual with strong analytical, communications, and problem-solving skills.

This person will play a key role in shaping the marketing efforts of the company, for the creation and execution of online marketing programs, the analysis and reporting of insights, and overall program management.

Responsibilities


* Will be responsible for key reports and communications of activities within the Ripple6 network of communities
* Must develop reporting solutions geared to provide business insight. This may include static reports, ad hoc analysis, and ongoing perspective
* Responsible for the collection, analysis, and publishing of site performance metrics
* Will lead the development and execution of marketing programs that position the company and drive its perception in a fast-changing market
* Administer Google Analytics product; manage profiles, dash board, campaigns, reports, standard and custom code, issue management, and training
* Develop quantifiable benchmarks to track success rates and impact on all initiatives


Experience:


* 5-7 years experience in an online marketing/advertising/media role, with a clear understanding of performance based metrics and analysis
* Proficiency with web analytic reporting platforms (e.g. Google, Omniture, Webtrends, etc.)
* Extensive knowledge of digital/direct media and marketing analysis; focus on digital
* Ability to clearly distill complex data into simple, relevant meaning for clients
* Understanding of website traffic metrics and familiarity with traffic reporting tools and services
* Strategic thinker, process oriented and strong execution skills
* Self-starter, with can do attitude, able to work well under pressure
