Financial Manager – New York

What it is:

As a Financial Accounting Manager in JWT New York's Finance department, you will have the opportunity to play an instrumental role on our team focusing on various finance and accounting functions.

What you do:

Support and manage client relationships
Oversee Accounts Receivables and unbilled inventory
Responsible for Month-end close, fee calculations and forecasting
Monthly financial reporting & planning and other related accounting activities
Complete special projects for Senior Management as necessary

What you need:

A Bachelor's degree and up to four years relevant experience
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
Ability to accommodate constant change and respond to ad hoc needs
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well independently
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Sensitivity to confidential information
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to apply knowledge of financial systems
Experience with Donovan/Cartesis a plus
