We are a progressive boutique architecture and interiors firm specializing in environmentally-sustainable/"green" design in New York. We are in search of an architect who has experience leading a project from DD, CDs, to construction administration.

Your role will include working with the principal to develop green design, DOB permit, construction documents and site visits for 5,000-7,000 SF green restaurant+office+green roof project. The ideal candidate would have 4-10 years of experience, talent, excellent verbal, communication and written skills, strong CAD drafting and millwork detailing experience. This project will likely become LEED certified, so green design and research experience is a plus. The project's duration will be 4-6 months, with the possibility for a longer term role. 3D modeling or SketchUp and LEED experience a plus.
