Why Am I Selling This So Cheaply?

One simple reason: it isn't technically brand new. It is, however, in SUPERB condition. It was stored for years in my late mom's china cabinet, and since she really hated the idea of using the "good" china, it only ever came out two or three times. It's not quite completely unused, but I think you'd have to work extremely hard to find even the faintest signs of use, and to my eyes it looks mint. Of course you're more than welcome to inspect it before buying.
