Forms of Payment:
We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Money Orders, personal checks or money wires.

Tax:
All in New York state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 24 hours of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Buyer feedback will also be posted onto eBay regarding the non-payment of a winning bid.

Shipping Information:
Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We strive to manage costs to be low, so that you get the best deal. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Quality first-quality materials will be used to pack items with care. We ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses. The only exception are Buyer's who feedback score is 50 or greater and registered with eBay for more than 12 months.

Our preferred shipping carriers: For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, which ever has the lowest rates to the final shipping destination. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Media Mail, USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $150. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally for most items. But, will note which items can be exported without violating US domestic and International laws.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping until the checkout process begins. In most cases, for media like CD's,DVD's ad UMD's, costs will not be more than $3.95 per item for the preparation cost associated with packaging materials and extra weight charge from our preferred carriers.

Returns: All sales of electronic Media (CD,DVD,UMD) are FINAL. For all other items unless noted otherwise, can be returned within 3 days only after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by the Seller. A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. In some cases, we will direct you to the original manufacturer who will warranty and repair your item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs associated with each product return. Unfortunately, the initial shipping, handling and insurance fees associated with the winning bid are not refundable.

I believe in finding quality and authentic products from locally owned and operated businesses, so sometimes items may seem a few dollars higher than the lowest price on eBay.
