Our SharePoint practice has grown at such a rapid pace that we need to hire SharePoint development and integration engineers at several levels including an Architect to play a lead role
What You'll Do
You'll lead in the design and development of software solutions for enterprise level applications based on Microsoft SharePoint and .Net products.
Help grow our business thru presentations / demos to clients, development of SOW approach & estimates. Convincingly articulate the business value propositions of our technology solutions to prospective clients.
Help our practice grow around service offerings and methodology, vendor relationships, R&D lab installations & demos, and increased CGS brand recognition in the Microsoft SharePoint and associated technology space.
Support Delivery as lead architect for major engagements: analyze & document requirements, develop appropriate architecture & design, establish overall development patterns and approaches, develop critical system components, mentor development teams and oversee technical deliverable quality
Participate in the development of Microsoft SharePoint & .Net methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets, mentor CGS and client teams; build and train our team

The Tech
.Net
1. Microsoft .NET C# 2.0 is a must and at least 3 months with .NET 3.0 / 3.5.
2. Extensive experience working with C# and ASP.Net
3. Thorough understanding of ASP.NET and ADO.NET object model.
4. ASP.NET 3.0 & C# 3.0 experience developing sites and business objects.
SharePoint
5. SharePoint 2007 Object Model (writes custom event handlers, create lists / content types / alerts via code, create features, understand solution deployment, web part development etc).
6. Expertise in XML Schemas, CAML, MOSS 07/WSS 3.0 object model, and extending MOSS 2007 JavaScript libraries.
Web Dev
7. Experience in transforming HTML & CSS to .NET 2.0 ASPX pages, “App_Themes†and Master Pages
8. Requires JavaScript, DHTML, and CSS coding experience including its incorporating into ASP.NET pages
9. ATLAS – (AJAX.NET) a plus
Web Services
10. XML & XSL working experience
11. Experience with .NET Remoting, Web Services,
Software Design
12. Both design and implementation experience with N-tier Web Application (comprising Web UI, Web Proxy / Façade, Business Objects and Data Access Layer.
13. Good understanding of software design patterns (Singleton, Factory Method, Builder etc)
14. Experience with design patterns and development tools (such as NUnit, Visual Studio 2005 Team System, etc)
15. Expert knowledge in UML (sequence, class, component, activity and deployment diagrams)
16. Experience with Windows Workflow Framework 3.0 [extended for WSS 3.0]
17. Formal methodology experience, such as Rational Unified Process and / or Microsoft Solutions Framework
18. VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office), InfoPath, and UML
Certifications
19. MS Certification (MCAD.NET or MCSD.NET) or a willingness to become certified within 3 months of commencing your employment with CGS
SQL Server
20. Requires 1-2 years SQL Server 2005 experience in creating stored procedures, very complex queries with a large number of tables & data, and database schema design
21. Experience conducting performance tuning of queries and effective unit testing of them
22. SQL Server 2005 and SQL Reporting Services a plus
