Busy, upbeat, and fun recruiting office is seeking an Office Coordinator to administer the application process for our recruiters. Qualified candidates will have very strong people skills, friendly personality, dependability, and excellent verbal skills. This position requires a great deal of organization and attention to detail. This individual will be part of a focused but fun team with a lot of daily activity. The Office Coordinator is responsible for processing all new hire paperwork, greeting each applicant in a friendly manner, setting each candidate up for specified skills assessment tests, answering phones, forwarding calls, and taking detailed messages.
