please help me – New York

Hello I'm a 46 year old male that has 5 great kids. all boys with the youngest being 14 year old twins. I took in and raised 3 more kids that were young teens in trouble. now I'm in trouble. I found out last year that I have Chronic hepatitis B which has evolved into end stage cirrhosis of the liver. There is a small chance that i might get a liver transplant all i can do is hope and pray. I'm on a fixed SSI income of $637 a month. and I'm grateful that my medical costs are covered . but I really wish that I could do something memorable with my children before i pass on. but i simply cannot with my monetary situation and a friend of mine told me to come here and ask for help. I'm not sure if this is what you do here but I'm at my wits end and ready to try to get help somehow if this is not the correct place to be then does anybody know where i can get help? thank you for your time Brian S Cane
