Description:
Currently looking to hire exceptional Front Office/Administrative Assistant individuals. Must be proficient in Word and Excel and be able to type at least 40-60 wpm. Candidates must be familiar with Outlook and have some Internet knowledge.
Qualified candidates will be able to make travel arrangements, answer heavy phones, create spreadsheets, greet clients or customers and have great communications skills. We are also looking for mid-level office individuals with great data entry and some computer knowledge. All positions are temp-hire and will offer pay increase with benefits upon going direct with client.
All positions require background and drug screen.
Requirements:
All positions require computer, data entry, typing and use of internet. Candidates must be able to make travel arrangements, create spreadsheets or presentations, enter information, answer phones, handle clients and customer in professional manner. Background and drug screen required.
