Position: Sales Director
Soothware is looking for an experienced sales director to identify and close partnerships with search marketing agencies and direct response advertisers to use our platform.
The ideal candidate should have sales experience in the paid search or online advertising arena and be a self-starter that is able to close deals independently. The candidate should have existing executive level relationships within the online marketing field and the ability to establish new relationships with a broad array of decision makers.
The right candidate will be comfortable working in a startup environment, building the sales process and opportunities as the company grows.
Minimum Job Qualifications
* 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally with agencies or direct response advertisers.
* Experience in selling paid search, search marketing services or analytics packages, or direct response online advertising technology.
* Must have a strong understanding of a 2- 6 month sales cycle.
* Both inside and outside sales experience.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Decision maker level contacts in the search marketing and/or online marketing space.
