Maybelline NY ' Garnier, a division of L'Oreal USA, has an opportunity available for a Senior Interactive Marketing Manager.

 

 Responsibilities:  -          Work with Director in creating and executing interactive marketing strategies for Maybelline and Garnier brands (internet/mobile/broadband/kiosks) -          Lead development of strategic launch initiatives (ie website redesings)-          Manage day to day aspects of Maybelline New York and Garnier websiteso        Daily interaction with site development agencies and promotional agencies on regular site updates (includes, but not limited to: writing creative briefs/concepting site tools/producing content (videos/photoshoots)/coordinating online surveys and studies etc )  o        Daily interaction with media planning and e-mail marketing agencies to plan and execute traffic driving initiatives-          Interface with TV/Print Media and Consumer Promotions groups to execute integrated marketing opportunities-          Work closely with brand managers to ensure online creative effectively communicates the brand message and identity    -          Business to consumer-          Media planning and buying for interactive buys and digital extensions Experience and Qualifications: -          College degree-          6 Years in interactive marketing -  including site development, content creation, media planning and executing online media and email marketing initiatives-          Minimum 3 years interactive media planning and buying experience-          Highly knowledgeable in digital media consumer usage trends-          Strong creative skill set, with a keen eye for design (aesthetically and user-friendly speaking)-          Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities-          Traditional advertising and product marketing experience a plus-          Background in cosmetics/fashion/consumer packaged goods marketing is also a plus-          Excellent follow-through ability is a must -          Strong interpersonal and communication skills -          Highly proficient in MS Office -          Familiarity with online tracking tools (ie WebTrends, Sagemetrics, Coremetrix, DART, Dynamic Logic)  Where this would be applied:-          Currently, we manage several award-winning sites within the L’Oreal USA brand portfolio that reach more than 750m consumers monthly :  o        www.maybelline.com  (USA only)  o        www.garnierusa.com
