CAST is listed on NYSE-Euronext (Euronext: CAS).ROLE: The Senior Post Sales Consultant works with CAST customers to install and deploy the CAST Application Intelligence Platform. He/She will manage the implementation of CAST solutions from planning to acceptance and will work with customers to resolve any outstanding technical issues that may arise during implementation. He/She will identify and appropriately manage the project risks escalating as necessary and ensuring risks are mitigated timely.The Senior Post Sales Consultant will provide on-site and / or remote training to CAST customers and will act as a mentor during the implementation of the CAST Application Intelligence Platform solution for designated customer personnel. He/She will document all aspects of the implementation and deployment of the CAST Application Intelligence Platform and work with the CAST development department to ensure appropriate feedback from implementations is provided to CAST Product Managers.Upon completion of implementation, the Senior Post Sales Consultant will summarize the lessons learned during the implementation and share them with the rest of CAST U.S. He/She will act as a technical resource for less experienced CAST Solutions Consultants. Occasionally, and as needed, the Senior Post Sales Consultant will work with CAST Sales Account Executives to provide presales technical / functional support to prospective CAST clients.The preferred candidate will have experience with developing applications and the system development life cycle in a senior developer, development project manager, Technical Lead, or similar role, and be fully conversant with and experienced in at least one programming language and RDMS.Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:oBachelors Degree required (technical major desirable); Masters Degree a plus oMinimum 5 years of software development experience (developer, system analyst, technical project management)oHands-on experience developing in object-oriented programming languages (C++, JAVA, .Net)oSolid knowledge of Relational DBMS (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, DB2)o3+ years experience working in a customer-facing technical Solutions roleoSolid knowledge of System Development Life Cycle concepts and software development iterative and non-iterative development models. Familiarity with the CMMI model is a plus oStrong project planning and customer management skills oStrong organizational and time management skills oMust be customer focused and have the ability to manage and resolve solutions to complex technical issues oAbility to travel 50% throughout North America as required oProven ability to gain cooperation of others, proven leadership skills oExcellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to interface to senior levels of an organization are required oHighly motivated, hands on personality. oAbility to multitask and work independently toward stated business goals.
