One of our most exciting client companies is seeking a Senior Recruiter with experience recruiting for a dynamic Media & Sales group. This is at least a 2 month engagement, possibly longer. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sourcer of top talent, understand the ins and outs of recruiting for media and sales, and savvy with multi-level salary negotiations. Qualified individuals should be experienced in working closely with hiring managers; educating and coaching them on hiring practices, have the ability to interact comfortably with staff and managers on all levels, and reflect the dynamic environment of a well-known media company to applicants. Experience with applicant tracking systems is necessary as well as a solid background in recruiting on a contract or engagement basis with similarly structured companies.
