Position: Sr. Client Solutions Engineer
You will be responsible for the technical diligence prospective customers will require evaluating the KickApps platform. In your role, you will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Teams and work closely with our customers, some of the leading media and entertainment companies in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Sales/Business Development Team to address the technical diligence of potential customers
* Responsible for scoping any custom requirements and delivering the based upon the specifications agreed upon.
* Project Management and liaising with clients directly through the implementation phase
* Drive feedback process to Engineering regarding customer requirements
Requirements:
* Experience and passion around current Internet technologies and social media
* Use JavaScript to modify User Interface of hosted pages per customer requirements
* Build functionality for the KickApps platform via JavaScript and externally-hosted PHP, Dynamic XML DOM manipulation of our hosted pages, AJAX/Cross-domain calls via JSONRequest
* Ability to articulate how our API's work and ability to develop sites based on our API kit
* High level of comfort and experience working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.
* Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
* Candidate must be willing to travel as needed, although not much travel is anticipated
* 5 – 10+ years as a Solution Engineer or Developer required
