Job Description:
The Vice President has a vital role in driving Digital Ad Operations analysis of M&A and business development across all MTV Networks digital and wireless channels. This newly created position requires a unique blend of strategic, quantitative and operational expertise. The Vice President works with various stakeholders within Digital Ad Operations and across the company in building and vetting financial models and assessing the technical and operational feasibility of opportunities. The Vice President's analysis culminates in a strategic recommendation to senior management.

Responsibilities:
• Leading the vetting and development of financial models that accurately represent the sales revenues and operational costs associated with the opportunity.
• Working closely with Business Intelligence, Delivery and Sales to determine appropriate model inputs and drivers.
• Working closely with the Ad Product and Site groups to determine the technical feasibility of M&A and business development prospects.
• Working closely with the Traffic group to assess the operational feasibility of opportunities.
• Deep understanding of MTVN, Sales and Ad Ops strategic objectives
• Formation of analysis and data driven recommendation to senior management.
• Managing and prioritizing list of Digital Ad Operation's M&A and business development opportunities.
• Liaising with multiple internal M&A and strategy groups regarding strategic opportunities.


Required Qualification/Skills:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technically focused field; Masters degree a plus
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience and team management experience
• Strong strategic, technical, and project management skills
• Expertise in ad product technologies
• Strong internal and external client and vendor relationship skills
• Thorough knowledge of industry, market and competitive events
• Familiarity with project management procedures and methodology
• Ability to lead projects and drive progress across multiple groups across departments
• Ability to manage and prioritize the needs across multiple projects
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to maintain personal workflow and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
